Description
Lori Burne, SE, served as Design Quality Assurance Manager for this major interchange design-build project. The project replaced the existing at-grade southbound connector with a one-lane flyover direct connector, realigned portions of the interchange connectors, and modified portions of Dalewood Street in the City of Baldwin Park.
