Description
Burne provided the structural analysis and cost estimates for the City to determine the feasibility of rehabilitating the building. The building is constructed of unreinforced masonry (brick & mortar) and has significant cracks in need of repair and strengthening. The building was originally constructed in 1861. It is a historic building that lends to the charm of the downtown area.
